Tri-C Hospitality Management Center Presents the NEO Culinary Challenge

The Tri-C Hospitality Management Center NEO Culinary Challenge will be held Friday, November 8th, from 10:45am - 12:00 pm. Student teams from Tri-C, the University of Akron and Lorain County Community College, under the guidance of chef mentors, will compete for the 2013 title. The winning team will be honored that evening at the inaugural Cleveland Culinary Awards Gala. Featured challenge on stage guests include Celebrity Chef Hugh Acheson and Cleveland Culinary local, Dante Boccuzzi. See what the winning team cooks up and don’t miss out on supporting your college team at the challenge on Friday at the Fabulous Food Show!
